over fifteen years in locating Hearing Instrument Specialists and Audiologists for hearing aid retailers, hospitals and E.N.T clinics.
We have successfully conducted searches in almost every state in America and
in all Provinces in Canada. We are an old fashioned recruiting firm. We do not
advertise on the internet for positions that we are retained to fill.
You will not see us place ads on any of the major career sites used by the
hearing industry. We use "good old fashioned recruiting" by
getting on the telephone and telling candidates about positions we are
retained to fill. This methodology has proven to be very successful and we average
filling over eighty percent of all positions that we are retained to
fill. We are also the only recruiting firm in the
hearing industry that offers a one year guarantee on all
placements. Our rates are very simple. We charge a flat fee of
$5,000.00 per position. The first half is due when we start a search
($2,500.00) and the second half is due when a candidate begins employment
($2,500.00). Special rates are available for multiple position
searches. We are also very well known for handling large "roll out" projects for companies that are opening large
numbers of retail outlets on a nationwide basis. We have been selected
